Burn orange: Orange color in the stool is unusual, but could happen from some items in your diet, or with other unusual infections. Please talk with your doctor and to a stool analysis and or culture to find out.

Accepted Answer

Diet related: The consistency of your stools has a lot to do with what you eat.  If you eat more foods that are fermentable, gas is produced, colonic bacteria are fed, they produce free fatty acids, and your stools are softer with a characteristic odor.  You can't make your poop smell like roses, but you can avoid foods with sorbitol and fructose, beans, broccoli and cauliflower.

Malabsorption: If the vitamin deficiencies have been made by a reputable lab / practitioner (there are charlatans) and you have unformed malodorous stools, then you have malabsorption until proved otherwise. You need to be worked up for celiac disease, whipple's, and a few others.  Please get with a gastroenterologist.

Bloody stools: You need to go and see a GI doctor asap.  Bleeding from the colon can be due to cancer,  inflammatory bowel disease, a variety of infectious agents and none of these should be left untreated. Go and see someone before you become severely ill.

Change your diet: You could try some of these suggestions first: eliminate starches and sugars from diet. Eat lots of veggies and protein, less sweet fruits, no starches or sguar. A clove of garlic a day inhibits yeast, and so does a supplement called capryllic acid. Take a good probiotic daily, and also one that has saccaromyces in it: that's a friendly yeast that competes with candida.
