Change your diet: You could try some of these suggestions first: eliminate starches and sugars from diet. Eat lots of veggies and protein, less sweet fruits, no starches or sguar. A clove of garlic a day inhibits yeast, and so does a supplement called capryllic acid. Take a good probiotic daily, and also one that has saccaromyces in it: that's a friendly yeast that competes with candida.
