doctor said i had costochondritis but i have been having pain for 3 weeks now especially when i go out. when i walk it feels as if i have a tight stomach and ribs. one of my ribs has also started to become bigger than the other. i cannot eat as well?

: Does it hurt when u press on it.  If so almost certainly chondrites. But I canno examine you. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes and share with your Dr and the 2 of you can discuss.

6 days ago i stretched & my calf locked up,my left leg now is painful, tight & swells, i can't point toes or walk right, what can i do to heal fast?

Heat: Heat is best. You can use a topical cream like Ben-Gay or IcyHot, heating pads (be careful not to burn yourself, don't use a heating pad when sleeping). Very gentle stretching. You can also take some anti-inflammatory medications like ibuprofen.

having allergic symptoms to mushrooms:  face swell, throat tightness, stomach pain, all reducing daily.  is it okay to exercise vigorous?

&gt;24 hrs: If  you have had an anaphylactic reaction, you should be able to do the exercise about 24 hrs after as long as you feel up to it.  Be sure to carry epinephrine kit with you in the future and avoid mushrooms.

May have fluid: In the knee . Was it injured??there could be other problems with the knee too. Might be best to have it checked out

Swelling in knee: Could be swelling in the knee itself or injury to the tendon or muscles around the knee. See your doc to get it evaluated. As for the injury prevention, work c a trainor or slowly progress the resistance and  number of reps ypu do.

Difficult to say: It may be that you need to stretch more frequently. A good exercise routine is to 1) warm up, 2) stretch a little, 3) exercise, and 4) stretch a lot!! Make sure you are doing your good stretching when your muscles are warmed up and loose. 
If pain persists, see your doctor.

Be seen: If you did not injure it but your foot is swollen and tender, I would sure be seen.  Possible causes could include an inflammatory or infectious process or even a blood clot.  An exam and appropriate studies can likely quickly determine the cause.

Get it checked plz: It would be wise to see your OB/GYN or primary care doctor soon. It could be an ovarian cyst or your appendix. It also might be nothing serious. But a clinician can help you best by checking things out for you. Best of luck to you.

Right side bloating: Could be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria or could be gall bladder or constipation.If lower right side could be appendix.   . Rarely could be kidney or pneumonia, Follow up with  doc over next 24 hours

what does it mean if whenever i lay down my stomach gets tight and it hurts to lay on my back or side or lay down at all actually and im nauseous?

See doctor: If you don't have nausea, I'd suspect that you had a muscle sprain somewhere causing you to have pain when lying down.  If you are sexually active, one always suspect pregnancy associated with the nausea.  I think your best bet is to consult your doctor to get examined.
