If Comfortable: As long as your pregnancy is proceeding normally and you and the baby are doing well you can sleep in any position that works best for your comfort. Many women in their third trimester still sleep on their tummy, often propped with body pillows. Getting sleep at this stage of pregnancy is most important and finding your best comfy way to do this is what counts.

: Powdered milk is safe to drink any time. Vanilla is just flavoring. If in doubt read the labeling and if the product has other ingredients  switch to one which has none.

Possibly...or not: Labor pains are felt in the lower abdomen, perineum, lower back, and top of the uterus, aka the fundus. Contraction-like "flexing" of the fundal muscle will feel like a hardening, but is normally transient. If you're starting to feel this call your OB because your cervix has to be checked. Keep track of contraction pace &amp; go to ER stat if you start leaking liquid or blood, or if baby stops moving

Examination needed: I'm concerned about midabdominal pain,chest tightness and shortness of breath. Reflux wouldn't explain these symptoms. I recommend proceeding to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing will be obtained. Notify your obstetrician who, I believe, will agree with my recommendation. Emergency room physician will confer with your OB about testing and any treatmment proposals.

Possibly yes,: getting an exam to check your cervix, and also get help with dehydration, IV fluids, would be a strong recommendation.

A culture for group b streptococcus bacteria is done at 35-36 weeks.
Urinalysis for protein and glucose are done at each visit, along with blood pressure checks.
Fetal testing (non-stress testing) may be indicated, but is not necessary in low risk pregancies.

Most comfortable.: Often this is some variation of a side by side. These are more comfortable for the mom-to-be and have shallower penetration which puts less pressure on the cervix. Sometimes, depending on the patient and the pregnancy, it can be a challenge to find a comfortable position.
