Enteritis: Indigestion of food and Malabsorption.
 This is a short duration therefore BRAT diet for next 4 days may help you. Drink plenty of water and electrolytes.If it continues beyond 1 week then you need to get examination.

i had the stomach flu for about a week ago, all symptoms are gone, however, i would get stomach cramps and chills occasionally. should i go to a doc?

Maybe not: As long as you are continuing to improve I don't think you need to go to the doctor.  Sometimes it takes a few weeks for the gut to get back to normal.

Try antacids: Get a liquid antacid like maalox or mylanta and follow the directions. You might also want to try diluting whatever it is irritating your stomach  with skim mild or water. Don't take any more Ibuprofen or advil (ibuprofen) which could irritate the stomach more. You may want to opt for the mild wings next time. If stomach pain and other symptoms don't resolve with antacid you need to talk to a doctor.

IBS: is a "diagnosis of exclusion"...means that some testing needs to be done to rule out inflammatory bowel disease (a "screening blood test is available) some docs want more "semi-invasive" testing ...at any rate try eliminating LACTOSE (milk dairy products) or taking LACTASE tablets...and try a PRO-BIOTIC Yogurt..see if that helps

Not always diahrroea: Not all the gastrointestinal infections course with diarrhoea; for now it is important to drink plenty fluids, evaluate temperature and have some antiemetic over the counter drugs (not analgesic). If temperature rises and abdominal pain appears or increases, you should look for a doctor.

See  your doctor: This is not my field but you should see a general physician or gastroenterologist.  You have several symptoms that should be evaluated.  Even a walk in clinic if you do not have a physician of your own.  It is always easiest to deal with a problem when detected early.
