i feel terrible. symptoms include congestion, pressure in face and chest, stomach pains/cramps, soar throat, mucus drip...should i go to the clinic?

Doctor can examine: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to look for strep). Flu (influenza) season in the US usually runs from late November through February.

do i have gerd? symptoms are frequent burping, flatulence, phlegmy throat, mild nasal congestion and rumbly stomach. i had heartburn about a week ago but none since then. mild tightness in my chest but it is relieved when i burp. treatments?

GERD,LPR,esophageal: You still may have GERD as well as laryngopharangeal retlux, esophageal motility disorder,post nasal drip. I recommend trying antireflux meds like omeprazole,famotidine,carafate. Avoid spicy,greasy,gassy foods,aspirin,ibuprofen,naproxen,caffeine,alcohol,nicotine,large meals. Take  simetiicone 1/2 hr after meals to reduce gas. If not improved, consult a gastroenterologist and, possibly an ENT

: Lamina propria is a layer of connective tissue, a component of the gastric mucosa. I would think pathologist describes the mild lamina propria edema due to inflammation with vascular congestion such in a case of acute gastritis. It's a benign reaction due to inflammation. Take care.

Patchy inflammation: Congestion is synonymous with hyperemia, which literally means redness. Based on the your description of the endoscopic appearance of your stomach lining it sounds like you have a patchy mild inflammation there. Biopsies will tell more, and may help point to cause of said inflammation (e.g. H.Pylori, nsaid, etc.).

how do i know what caused my ulcers? i have scattered ulcers and erosions, erythema, congestion in the whole stomach and the doctors don't know why....

Keep seeing dr: Sometimes we dont find the exact answers to what caused problem.  With ulcers-most common cause is a bacteria called h. Pylori.  This can be tested for best on biopsy from the ulcer or near it- but can also be found in stool & blood & on breath test.  People who take a lot of inflammation meds like aspirin, goody, advil (ibuprofen) or steroids can get this. There is also a syndrome called zollinber ellison.

Rash: You are probably correct, but any 3 month old with a fever of 101 and a rash should be seen by a doctor to be certain of the diagnosis. Children of this age may become severely ill very very quickly. Would not disregard this advice.

YES: however, this can also be seen in many other viral infections. Use OTC Claritn and Nasal Saline.

i've been blowing my nose all the time (due to allergies, reflux, congestion, etc.) i'm worried because it causes my stomach to tighten up every time i have to blow it. could this harm the fetus?

Nose: Blowing nose is not recommended in nonpregnant . It could cause nose bleeds. Just wipe secretions coming out.
