Wouldn't think so: I have never accepted the idea of a high fever caused by teething, ever. She may be teething while she has an ear infection, a stomach virus, or other illness but I don't ignore a high fever as teeth.

my husband tested positive for covid-19 and he is admitted at the hospital. 
i have flu symptoms, cough, sore throat, upset stomach and blocked ears.
how can my children and i get tested?

This : This is not an orthopedic question since she had an abdominal surgery. The main concern is not if she has woken up but is she breathing on her own or is she in a respirator? If she is in a respirator that is not good.

Try an enema, then: That is just a tiny bit of backing-up. At this point, i would try to evaccuate by using a fleet enema, (sodium bisphosphate) follow by using a gentle laxative such as senokot-s or even the miralax-powder, both are otc. Increase fluid, roughage such as fresh leafy veggies/fruits, regular use of fibers and increase fluid intake, and keeping physically active. If this persists, consult doc. Good luck.

Indirect involve: Gas in the stomach is most often associated with swallowing of gas via the mouth.  If there is some swelling of the pylorus retaining gas in the stomach which backs up, it can present with excess gas in the cervical esophagus which may put some pressure on the wind pipe or trachea.

i have horrible nasal drip. the mucus is really thick & resulting in a congested chest. my ears are blocked & can feel it dripping down my throat. i have no fever or sore throat and mucus is affecting my stomach. its every morning & evenings.

nasal drainage: The drip is likely causing Eustachian tube blockage causing your ear symptoms. It is likely allergic but sinus disease must be ruled out. Best to see your ENT doctor and consider a scan of your sinuses.

These contractions are responsible for the cramping pain associated with bowel obstructions.  A telltale sign of a worsening obstruction is when the bowel sounds diminish, as the bowel function subsides.
