Adenitis: I suspect that when you refer to stomach, you are considering the intestinal content of the abdomen and not the gastric region in particular.  When nodes are seen in the GI tract the term used is mesenteric adenitis, meaning large inflamed or abnormal glands in the mesentery of the bowel. This supports the bowel and acts as the area of blood supply to bowel.

Hard to answer: Usually enlarged lymph nodes can be biopsied with a needle by radiologist. The risk of bleeding is low. This type of question is best answered by your surgeon who knows your particular situation.

Need an exam: There are many causes for lymph node enlargement. Without more information it's difficult to give any specific advice. You should see your physician to evaluate your lymph node enlargement. Unlikely if it is: going down in size. Not sure what could do that. The overall size, consistency are other features that can be evaluated on an exam. Single, uner 2 cm, hard but very discreet without attaching to surrounding structures would be signs of not cancer.

Staging.: When a rectal or colon lesion is evaluated for risk, we look at staging.  This is determined by the size and extent of the primary tumor, whether lymph nodes are involved, and whether there are more distant metastases.  The higher the stage, the greater the risk.  Rectal tumors often are treated with chemotherapy and radiation before surgery if advanced.  Positive nodes is stage 3.

Stomach cancer: This depends on where it is in stomach, what kind it is. Can it be operated on? Your GI Dr who did the biopsy is the best on to give you good information.

Depends: If you mean an enlarged node within the abdominal cavity or retro peritoneum can be possible with malignancy.
If the testicle was benign, then a node is from something else?
