Yes: She can neutralize the jelly fish sting by using plain meat tenderizer (adolph's is a good one)  & get quick relief. The superficial protein based toxin will not make into the breast milk.

Hormone or reaction: it could be a simple allergic reaction to the bro, T shirt or whatever touching your breast
use Hydrocortisone cream from over the counter and take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to see if it will go away both safe for breast feeding
it could be the hormonal changes women go through after pregnancy or while breast feeding
other wise you need to see a doctor to make the proper diagnosis and give you the proper treatment

Breast pains: Breasts respond to hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle and are more tender before your period. Do a breast exam and see your physician if there is a lump.

No: You should not breast feed if you have hiv.  Hiv can be transmitted to your baby that way. The risk is probably very low if you're on effective treatment, but it's still safer to use formula.

Express: You can often manually express enough milk to allow the fore-breast/nipple to become softer &amp; easier for baby to attach/feed. You may want to find a local breast feeding coach to help you with the process. Delivery centers often retain a list of consultants.

Every 3-4 hours: Depending on the number of wet diapers your baby is producing, this can be altered.  Breastfeeding should occur regularly though in the first couple of months.  Talk to your pediatrician about your baby specifically.
