what do i do? i poked my my eye lid with.tweezers. there is no blood but my eye stings and is res with irritation. it has been 2 days now.

See the eye doctor : It is possible that you've injured the protective covering of your eye and have scraped your cornea. This is called a corneal abrasion. If left untreated it can get worse. Go see your doctor so that they can look at it and make sure there's no infection, and can patch appropriately

Rubbing ?: Could  still be allergic conjunctivitis from nocturnal exposure -Needs more infoirmation &amp; examination partocularly when inflamed

i have what looks like a small pimple (whitehead) on the inside corner of my eye.  it's not on the lid, or the eye ball, but in the pink fleshy part.  will this go away on its own?  it's irritating, and stings.  i have had it for 2-3 days.

Stye: Try some warm, moist compresses several times per day.

Stye: It sounds like a stye. Possibly a chalazion. Not anything dangerous and not because of a spider bite. Warm compresses, not just warm towel but use a potato in the microwave, wrap with wet towel. 20 minutes on.

That can : Range from constipation to muscular pain ( which would be my bet). If accompanied by vomiting, fever or worsening pain you need to go in.  Good luck.

Stomach anatomy: Anatomically, the peri-gastric abdomen includes: spleen, pancreatic tail, stomach, descending duodenum, splenic flexure of the colon, associated vessels. Don't forget the diaphragm, heart, &amp; lower chest are pretty close by. The abdominal musculature, ribs, &amp; skin can all contribute as well to localizing peri-gastric "stinging" pain.

after a spinal tap is it normal to have stinging pains lower than the puncture site on one side of your back?

Yes: Many people with lumbar punctures have persistent pain around the puncture site for quite some time.  The stinging pain may simply be lumbar spasms as well.
If they persist, see your family dr. For evaluation and treatment options.
If there's any redness or swelling, see your family dr. Right away.

Abdominal pains: Should be evaluated by a doctor if it does not resolve or if associated with nausea, vomiting, and fever.  There are many causes of pains but when you have the above, you could need surgery.

Get checked: This pain could be related to a kidney problem/infection. Abdominal pain is very tricky without a proper history and physical. Please get checked by your doctor as soon as possible.

Musculoskeletal: Low back pain intermittent & one sided in young male suggests sacroiliac joint disorder with sciatica. My experience is epidemic of pain pattern that has accompanied popularity & evolution of extreme sports over the past 30 years; whereat multitude of young gladiator males are falling onto their buttocks with force & frequency.  Skateboards & snowboards infamous for such injury.  Heard first here.
