Stye: It sounds like a stye. Possibly a chalazion. Not anything dangerous and not because of a spider bite. Warm compresses, not just warm towel but use a potato in the microwave, wrap with wet towel. 20 minutes on.

Eye infection: Please see an MD for an exam. You probably have either a chalazion or hordeolum. You may have associated conjunctivitis. Treatment involves lid hygiene with baby shampoo gently cleanse your eyelids four times a day, hot compress x4. Besifloxacin eye drops Rx. If you have ocular pain or visual problems you need Ophthalmology referral. Stay calm see MD.
