That can : Range from constipation to muscular pain ( which would be my bet). If accompanied by vomiting, fever or worsening pain you need to go in. Good luck.

Seek medical advice: Today. A good history and exam will help but need it today. There are myriad causes and possibilities. Depending what you mean by lower right side...If it is your abdomen also think about your appendix. Best wishes.

Appendix: You would need a good physical exam to decipher what this pain is, but my first thought would be appendix. You could have an early appendicitis that has not gone into a full blown infection yet. If you start getting fevers, chills, any new symptoms, would recommend er first. May simply be pinched nerve or something simple, but you have to rule out serious issues first. Hope that helps!
