Likely: Either muscular in origin or possibly costochondritis ( inflammation where the rib attaches to the breast bone).  Do u sleep w/ur arms out to the side and hands over head?  If so, favor muscular.

Exam needed: The most common cause of severe earache is an infection of the ear drum. This is treated with oral antibiotics as well as ear drops to relieve pain. A physician would have to examine the ear with an otoscope in order to visualize the ear drum and make a diagnosis. In the meantime, have your husband apply heat to the ear and take Tylenol.

Anal discomfort: Possibilities include an anal fissure, perianal dermatitis, and hemorrhoids. A perianal abscess is less likely. I recommend that you consult a proctologist or colorectal surgeon for diagnosis,advice and treatment. In the meantime try warm applications and apply an ointment like anusol or cortisporin.

Irritation: External irritants (e.g. clothing, soap, care products, etc...) as well as internal irritants (e.g. stool, urine, perspiration, etc..) can all contribute to such symptoms.

Achilles problem : Could be as simple as achilles tendinitis and/ or plantar fasciitis. Stretching for the posterior calf and plantar fascia, perhaps a heel cup, Ibuprofen over the counter for about a week or two. If not better see your doc to be sure it's not something worse.

Yes: It takes a while to go away. Use some advil (ibuprofen) if you could it will help.

Don't know: I have never heard of burning in forearm veins unless something has been injected into them.  Assuming you are not doing that (and maybe especially if you are) then you should see a clinician to find the cause of this and the leg cramps.  Probably need blood tests as well. Meanwhile, keep your arms above your heart level and try some heat on them as well as your leg muscles to see if it helps.

Get Re-Evaluated: Get re-evaluated.  Besides stds, yeast or fungal infections can cause stinging and burning.  So can herpes, allergic reaction (soaps - bath or laundry, sprays - deodorant or scented, chemicals or dyes in clothing, etc), friction, trauma, hpv or genital warts, certain foods, dehydration, excretion of chemicals or compounds that have been ingested, medications, street drugs, etc.

It could be, or it : Could be a herniated disc. See you doctor to get things evaluated if you symptoms are not improving.
