Wait few more days: pain to disappear and go for a post OP follow up visit to your surgeon. If you have no fever  may be you have small amount of fluid collection will resolve soon . Speak to your surgeon.

Yes: It is possible to feel discomfort with a stent. Follow up with g.I doctor regarding stent removal.

Need checked: You need to be checked for bike leak , retained stones, hematoma .. Etc . Talk to your surgeon.

Probably post : Surgical since you are only 2 months out.  I am assuming the cholecystectomy was because of the gb dysfunction (7% gb ejection fraction is abnormally low).

Please check in with your surgeon about your symptoms.

Irritation of the di: The call bladder is connected to the liver. Just above it is the diaphragm. The procedure to remove the gall bladder can irritate the diaphragm and the tissues around the liver. When irritated, pain happens. It is just temporary,  but if continues call your doctor.

Air: This was probably due to trapped air after the surgery. Should be improving as time goes by. Check with your surgeon if not improving.

Where?: What type of scar tissue are your describing? Cosmetic scarring of the skin may be addressed by a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist. Internal scar tissue after laparoscopic surgery is usually very minimal and not a source of pain. If you are having painful issues, see your family doctor first.

See your doctor: What kind of pain- at the incisions, or deeper inside, similar to previous pain? You could have a retained gallstone which is mimicking your previous GB pain. You could have developed a hernia at the surgery sites, you could have an infection on the inside. Or it could be normal. See your surgeon to find out what is going on, and if anything further should be done. Good luck!

Depends: How recent was your surgery? It could be postop pain. Can also be retained stone or primary stone, or possibly another diagnosis such as a peptic ulcer. See your surgeon
