Many things: Including an old injury, posture problems, not enough exercise, or to much of the same exercise causing an over use injury. Even vitamin d deficiency has been linked to lower back pain.

few days ago, i woke up with neck pain/stiffness. symptoms relieved after a couple days. now i woke up with pain at the center base of my right palm.

Not sure the events: are related, but pain in the neck followed by pain/weakness of a limb is never a good thing... if they are connected.  Or they may be completely random, separate things. : Sorry to hear that.  You MAY have a form of arthritis.  Please see your doc.  Physical Therapy, anti-inflammatory died, meds, etc.  Lots of ways to help. Peace and good health.

Fibromyalgia: This may well be fibromyalgia. Your physician can evaluate you and see if there's any other neurological issue that may be occurring. Fibromyalgia chronic pain syndrome with Allodynia. From the looks of your medicines you may of had this diagnosis already.

See your physician: There are many types of headaches and many reasons for each type. You should see your primary care physician first who can refer you to a neurologist. Can call Dr on video: Normal, healthy people do not have "constant tiredness," without a good reason. One's primary care doctor can evaluate and look for reasons for fatigue, such as infection, anemia, auto-immune disease, mental illness, thyroid problems, cancer, insomnia, etc...  Various tests may be needed, depending on one's whole story, and sequence of symptoms.

R/O infection: Believe you  need to see the surgeon that implanted your knee to rule out a low grade infected total knee.
