i can hear my knees creak when moved in any direction along other issues such as pain when moving fine when resting,stiff in morning,red & hot,issues getting up from sat or lying or stairs l, clicking sounds. this has gone on for 3 5o 4 month's now?

: Clicking or creaking sounds from the knees are not particularly diagnostic if there are no other significant symptoms, but your symptoms of morning stiffness,redness &amp;hot feelings raise suspicion of rheumatoid or juvenile arthritis. I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for evaluation, appropriate testing and advice.

should i go to docs my knees have been having issues recently pain when moving stairs & crouching are getting harder they feel like they need oil & they are hot and red alot and stiff in morning could this be not enough muscle on them or being skinny?

: Yes, seeing your pediatrician would be best as your symptoms are interfering with activities of daily living. An inflammatory type of arthritis is possible and based on exam and detailed history a proper plan will be made.

Osteoarthritis: Pain and stiffness in the am upon arising are usually due to osteoarthritic changes to the bones of your feet from trauma or aging. Often the discomfort will lessen with movement, and return to plague you then following morning. I would suggest a podiatric consultation to determine the exact cause, and possible treatments, which might include oral nsaia, topical nsaia, or orthotics.

Wear gloves?: Hopefully you are wearing gloves to minimize the vibration wear and tear this can have on your hands.  I experience similar things in my profession.  Seeing a physical therapist might be a good idea, they may be able to give you excercises you can do to help keep things in check.

Does it wake up up a: Does it wake you up at  night.  We think of back pain as mechanical back pain and inflammatory back pain like ankylosing spondylitis. Usually inflammatory back pain does better  with actvity and mechanical back pain worse with activity.  Your physicians will evalaute you and you may need to see a  rheumatologist.

Its : Its important to know your age andfor how long these symptoms have been present . Wrist and ankles are more likely to be affected in inflammatory, deposition and cristal arthritis. It is important to know the length of the morning stiffness. On the other hand x rays might not show changes early in the disease  and only after several months. If the problem is inflammatory arthrtis , you need to see a rheumatologist to define what kind of arhrtis you have , and decide upon tretamnet , massaging , wrapping or shoe inserts are not treatment that might work in patient with inflammatory arthritis.. 
Consult with a rheumatologist is important to defifine the nature of the disease and decide on adecuade treament.
