is there anything to worry about?

You should be fine: Given your age of 30, the disease leave you without severe effects. Take tylenol for fever control, drink a large amount of liquids and decrease your physical activity.  Rest.  If temperature is above 103 for 24 hours or you have severe shortness of breath, see a doctor.  The worse symptoms are generally within the first 36 hours.  A dry cough, loss of smell or taste may last for a few weeks.

Skin works: Skin is a very good barrier to infection. Soap and water after getting exposed to any dirt or other unwanted matter is usually all that is needed to keep clean.

Most don't mind: Most doctors probably don't mind if you bring a guest to your appointment; besides, it is your appointment. But...By you bringing a guest, you must also realize that your guest may hear personal information about you that you may not want them to hear. Additionally, although you and your doctor would certainly keep info confidential, are you sure your guest would adhere to confidentiality as well?

Feeding: Every time anyone eats before the stomach empties starts the digestive process over again and your stomach never gets a break. Your baby needs to go at least 90 minutes between feedings so his/her stomach can empty before filling it up again. This will help with digestion and having your baby on a schedule is better for you and your child. .

Postural vertigo: If you experienced a viral labyrinthritis, likely remits within 2-3 weeks at most, but if you have tendency for positional provocation, such as benign positional vertigo, an epley maneuver can be useful.  If you still have some vestige of light-headedness or dizziness, best to avoid alcohol until fully symptomatic, and even then start with solitary glass of wine or one bottle of beer.

something in my house makes me itch like crazy, all over even my private area. even a guest, started itching all over. we were on my couch air con on.

Anxiety: Itching also arouses itching on another person.  However if your house is a/c , one must consider dry skin as an issue.   Try applying a moisturizer immediately after bathing to see if this helps.  If the itching only occurs on one couch, stay away from it for a few days to see if the itching continues.  If no, then the couch needs be fumigated or discarded.

: Good question !  Most of the new cases now are the delta variant of the virus, &amp; the vast majority are in unvaccinated people, but in rare cases vaccinated people get infected (but usually the disease is mild). If you are generally healthy &amp; do not have risk factors for serious disease (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, immune deficiency) then you can probably safely enjoy a cruise.

a guest at the hair salon i work at had a huge bump on the back of her head that ruptured when she was getting her hair washed - she doesnt know what it is but could it be contagious?

: Probably not if you washed well after the episode and you have no open sores, eyes and mouth were protected.

Keep away: Keep far away from infested materials (clothes, linens, bedding, luggage).  Also, keep your things off the floor.  If they do get infested or you even suspect that, then wash everything in hot water to kill the bugs and their eggs.  If at your home, you may need fumigation or an exterminator.
