Anxiety: Itching also arouses itching on another person. However if your house is a/c , one must consider dry skin as an issue. Try applying a moisturizer immediately after bathing to see if this helps. If the itching only occurs on one couch, stay away from it for a few days to see if the itching continues. If no, then the couch needs be fumigated or discarded.
