i have these red shiny spots on my penis and theyve been there for months. ive already been checked for stds and everything came back negative. i was told they were just dry skin spots but they havent gone away. i have no pain or discomfort?

: The large majority of genital skin problems are not STDs and there are many other dermatologic conditions that could cause "red spots". See a dermatologist. Good luck.

Fordyce spots: As above. STD's don't have that appearance.

in my vagina there are not painful, but white to skin coloured bumps or blotches. it looks like an std but i think it may be fordyce spots?

Warts? See doctor: The only STD that might cause this sort of thing is genital warts or other kinds of skin changes caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). But if they look like Fordyce spots (you can find photos on line), I suppose that's possible. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor or clinic for professional evaluation.

See answer : The only std that remotely resembles your description is herpes (hsv): cluster of tiny blisters associated with redness which break, scab, and heal. Scabies: small bumps associated with intense itching and rarely just confined to penis. Dermatitises such as eczema, lichen sclerosis, psoriasis more aptly fit your description but usually respond to steroid. Consider eval by urologist or dermatology.

Purple marks on lips: You have to see your doctor or a dermatologist to have a proper diagnosis. There are a number of different possibilities. The most likely is a vascular one such as a venous lake.  However many lesions on the lips can reflect a systemic condition like osler-weber-rendu.
