Sounds like: you are pinching a nerve in your upper Cervical Spine (Neck) See your Primary Care Provider who can order a Cervical Spine Xray!!

Long list of Dx's: So you should see a MD (Neurologist) or go to urgent care immediately.Young people w/headaches require imaging ie a MRI at a minimum especially considering this increases w/movement.Headaches are a very common occurrence.The causes range from benign to life threatening. ie migraines,occipital neuralgia, inflammation, giant cell arteritis,stress &amp; more serious conditions: stroke, brain tumor &amp; HTN.

Neuralgia: You may have what is called neuralgia.  There are medications (i.e., gabapentin, tegretol, etc.) to help this.  You need to see your doctor for further testing  such as ct or MRI just to make sure there is  no tumor, etc.

Myofascial: This could be many things, from a simple sprain strain to myofascial neck pain to occipital neuralgia. Would advise you see a physiatrist or neurologist, who will determine first whether or not you need a ct scan of the head done, based on the severity and pattern of your headaches.

tear or strain: Most likely a bicipital tendonitis , from overuse, which can be very painful. Consider a partial tear of one of the heads of the bicep muscle. Nerve entrapment between bicep and tricep muscle is a possibility. Orthopedic doc can rule out humeral pathology, labral tear, avulsion fracture , or tumor.
