tear or strain: Most likely a bicipital tendonitis , from overuse, which can be very painful. Consider a partial tear of one of the heads of the bicep muscle. Nerve entrapment between bicep and tricep muscle is a possibility. Orthopedic doc can rule out humeral pathology, labral tear, avulsion fracture , or tumor.
