Long list of Dx's: So you should see a MD (Neurologist) or go to urgent care immediately.Young people w/headaches require imaging ie a MRI at a minimum especially considering this increases w/movement.Headaches are a very common occurrence.The causes range from benign to life threatening. ie migraines,occipital neuralgia, inflammation, giant cell arteritis,stress & more serious conditions: stroke, brain tumor & HTN.
