Pinched nerve: A pinched nerve can cause neck pain headaches, and pain or numbness running into the arm.  There are other potential causes, however, and so it would be good to just get a regular check up to make sure it is nothing else.  An MRI can confirm the diagnosis.  Therapy, chiropractic, and interventional pain management are the non operative treatments for it if it doesn't get better.  Thank you.

Many things: There can be different causes for posterior elbow pain including triceps tendinitis, partial triceps tear, olecranon bursitis, elbow arthritis or even medial or lateral epicondylitis.  Best to avoid the aggravating activity and have it evaluated by an orthopaedic surgeon.

Arm pain?: ? Trauma the previous nite ? Too much partying the nite before. This is unusual in a 23  year old . If pain is not lessening you should be evaluated

Sleep disturbance: If your sleep is of poor quality, interrupted, or inadequate, it is predictable that you will have daytime drowsiness and lack of energy. Moreover, muscle pain (even fibromyalgia) is common in those who are chronically sleep deprived. There is insufficient space here for details, so please discuss this issue with your provider. There's help out there which may even be as simple as new habits.

Heart pain ?: One of the 1st “unusual” symptoms we learn in medical school is that heart pain sometimes shows up as left arm pain. At your age this is a distinct possibility. Please see your doctor immediately to make sure this is not your issue.

Recently?: Could be phelbitis? Is there a rash, redness or a lump? Warm compresses and ibuprofen may help.  If it does not go away see your doctor.

Shoulder pain: I recommend you avoid use of a sling for shoulder pain.  A sling promotes stiffness, which in and of itself can lead to increased pain.  Try ice, nsaids, and maintain flexibility.  If no improvement in a couple of weeks, consult with an orthopedic surgeon. Good luck!

Fibromyalgia pain: Pain is most likely from fibromyalgia. Do you feel like you got adequate information about your condition?Are there other symptoms that concern you? Depression/anxiety can also affect your experience of pain. If you are concerned, you can see a neurologist to evaluate your symptoms.

my 11 year old daughter in complaining of regular left hand chest pain,spreads down arm, stabbing pain, and shortness of breath ??

Child chest pain: I recommend you take her to the doctor for a good evaluation.   At 11, I would not expect it to be heart related, but I don't know anything about her weight or health otherwise.    Those symptoms are not normal and should be evaluated by a physician.
