Possibly: Reports of placebo contolled trials are confusing. Overall reports of sexual difficulties after ssri's are said tio be between 17 - 40%.  Other medications such as buproprion, buspiron or Cyproheptadine could be considered could be considered either instead of or in combination. Discuss with your dr. Good luck.

if escitalopram at low dose of just 5 mg causes me headaches from time to time. then will all drugs in ssri class cause me headaches? or it may be wise to switch to fluoxetine. i am also not able to get any erection while taking escitalopram?

You need counseling from a good doctor  who can find out the underlying cause of your anxiety and treat those problems first...These are all interrelated problems which require sorting out with the help of a professional(psychologist or psychiatrist).
