pain at back of head with stabbing pains behind eyes for 4days, no nasal discharge or temperature. had no symptoms post exposure til now.is it delayed reaction from spray painting just over a month ago without mask or new viral illness?

: The symptoms are for sure not due to spray painting one month ago. A viral illness is rarely manifested with retro-orbital headache alone, it is often associated with fever and other upper respiratory symptoms. Frontal sinusitis may have the same pain but it has other symptoms. You should visit an optometrist for checking eyesight and ocular pressure in the mean time unless other symptoms develop.

Irrigate it!: Wash your eye out asap.  Afterwards you should see an eye doctor.   If it's bugging you tonight, go to the ed. They can check the ph.  Chemical injuries need to be taken care of in a timely manner.

i took allegra this morning. hives are gone but my face is still swollen (eyes) can i take a dose of zyrtec now? its been 9 hours since i took alegra

Allergic reaction: Itch can be a sign of skin irritation and not necessarily an allergic reaction.  I would suggest you take an over the counter antihistamine and if you are or have been recently on any medication contact your health care giver to see if you have an allergy to a medication.

Antihistamine now!: When you have acute symptoms, take an antihistamine by mouth, such as cetirizine 10mg (Zyrtec) or fexofenadine  (Allegra) 180mg, cold compresses to eyelids and face, also eye drops such as ketotifen. If this does not do the job, see a physician. If it happens often, you should see an allergist/immunologist.

Urgent: This can be a facial cellulitis (skin infection) and that is an emergency. You should seek medical care immediately if you have not yet had medical care. If you are not under treatment the infection, if present, can spread to the veins leading to the brain.

No,this can't: Applying pressure to blackheads to open them cannot kill you,  However, you need to do this carefully, to avoid an infection. Gentle pressure with clean, warm wet compress is effective&amp; generally won't cause infection. Do not use a needle or other type of instrument.  You need to see your primary care doctor or dermatologist for advice &amp; medical therapy for acne,lots available without prescription
