What is CP: You certainly need to discuss this with your phyician . This group of signs and symptoms may have a very simple explanation. Also they may all not be related. I'm not certain what you mean by CP. Your physician should help clarify how much of each of these symptoms is been a related and what the cause maybe

Chest pain: You may have intercostal neuralgia, try Ibuprofen for relief.

YES: you could be mistaken...  and a ruptured spleen would be likely bleeding and you would be so sick you could be in an emergency situation

Might be..: It sounds like you might have sprained your side muscles or rib cage. Ice the area and take anti inflammatory meds( like ibuprofen )if you are not allergic in order to improve symptoms. However,if you develop abdominal pain, urinary abnormalities, trouble breathing, then it might not be related to a strain and then you would need immediate evaluation. If this happens go to urgent care clinic.
