Pain: Pain to touch, pain with movement, pain with deep inspiration, coughing, sneezing. Can even have radiating pain (for e.g., pain in the mid back).

Pain: Usually symptoms of pain along the site of injury. Would likely need to be seen to make sure you don't have a fracture.

Every time i breathe or bend over, my upper back hurts and my chest area. It hurts to the point i cant move really. Everyone i ask say its a sprained rib. What can it be?
I have a sharp pain at my ribs area under my right chest when i breathe.. I have not experience such pains before. Could it be a muscle sprain?
Could i mistake a ruptured spleen with an intercostal sprain? The pain is on the left side and back near the "floating" ribs. No blunt trauma at all.
