I have a sharp pain at my ribs area under my right chest when i breathe.. i have not experience such pains before. could it be a muscle sprain?

Have it evaluated.: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection.
