i have being experiencing a sharp pain around my hip and d ball bones of my leg, doc says its muscle pls how can i deal with muscle sprains in my leg?

Muscle strain: I would suggest taking 7-10 days off from an heavy aerobics. Use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic to these medications ). local ice as needed, BioFreeze  muscle cream. Not sure what you mean by "d ball bones of leg"??- when in doubt, obtain an orthopedic and PT evaluation.

i get non stop sprains in feet and legs. every year either its a foot or leg now its a thigh. im not athletic at all. i want to know what is wrong with my muscles. could this be a illness. started in 2013 been having to go to emergency room once year?

Sprains: Sprains are injuries to joints, while strains are muscle injuries. Lack of conditioning and flexibility are more likely than any medical issue. Seeing a physical trainer could help with muscle building around joints, flexibility and promoting good balance. Proper stretching techniques will also be taught.

All weightbearing joints will degenerate over time, but a significant injury can accelerate this process. Stiffness and pain are hallmark symptoms. X-rays could confirm the findings.

No!: Healing fdrom a saprainead ankle may take quite some time.  Be patient. I suspect your problem will be short lived. However, that said, sprains can be complicated nd more tissue damage than usual can occur. Specialized imaging may be needed if your problem sdoesn't go away! Protect the ankle with A simple brace-not like one in the photo I selected!

Bruising: With an ankle sprain, depending on severity - which can be as bad as a fibulae tip fracture, swelling, bleeding, bruising, and spreading of the bruise while absorbing is not uncommon.
Rest, elevation, ice, limitation of walking can reduce pain, and swelling.

When there is no recall of injury it may be more of a mechanical issue such as improper shoes that create more grip or new activity such as dancing, also consider the surface in which one may be running on or a tendinitis due to overuse.

Physiotherapy: An ankle sprain usually results in disruption and weakening of your ankle ligaments. If it is not cared for well in the first instance, the weakened ligaments become prone to further sprains. You need to see a Physiotherapist who can help strengthen the ankle structures. You also need to look at the activities that are causing the sprain. Are you wearing correct footwear ? Are you warming up ?
