Physiotherapy: An ankle sprain usually results in disruption and weakening of your ankle ligaments. If it is not cared for well in the first instance, the weakened ligaments become prone to further sprains. You need to see a Physiotherapist who can help strengthen the ankle structures. You also need to look at the activities that are causing the sprain. Are you wearing correct footwear ? Are you warming up ?

Well: I do not know what you did. You would know that. Now with regards to multiple sprains perhaps you need ankle strengthening. See your doctor for a referral for physical therapy or home strengthening exercises
