Not normal: Blood of any type in your urine is not normal. You need to see a doctor for an exam. I hope it's not a bad problem, but it's not nothing.

: Some light spotting or brown discharge is normal early in the first trimester. One explanation for spotting in the 3rd week of a pregnancy is that the embryo is implanting in the uterus and the burrowing causes some spotting. Other brown or red discharge could just be due to the increased uterine vascular development that occurs when growing the placenta. All of this is normal.

Spotting: If you are not on any birth control it may be due to a fluctuation in your body's hormones. Often times this can be due to stress and be of no consequence. It will probably straighten out by itself.

Breakthrough bleed: is a possibility due to hormone fluctuations; however, with unprotected sexual intercourse, I suggest a pregnancy test and if  negative, a GYN exam.

Spotting: Irregular bleeding and spotting is very common. An Obgyn can evaluate you for infections, polyps, hormonal changes if this continues. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. If you do not wish to be pregnant again consider starting birth control

Pregnant ?: If your periods are usually regular, and pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain, b/c the hormone produced in a pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) is not enough to cause a positive in a home test, but will be detected by an HCG test.
If negative, see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing.

Get a urinalysis: to determine the cause of frequent urination and fatigue.  It is highly unlikely to get pregnant on depo, but not impossible.  Other things to rule out would be a urinary tract infection, diabetes, yeast infection, and even hypothyroidism (fatigue) and constipation (hard belly).  A Dr's exam will help to determine the cause of your belly being hard.
