AGE 1 YEAR: Normally we recommend  whole milk or advance formula so the toddler can eat more table food and other growth promoting  nutrients.

Too much Gatorade: Is very unhealthy. Many ingredients in there are banned in other countries.

Soda may affect the effect of Azithromycin.

No: Drink which ever. It is important to drink some fluids, and low calorie drinks and water are all great, because you aren't spending caloric intake on heavily sugared and sweetened things that might lead to obesity.

Expired meds: I think you answered your own question. The medication was expired. In addition, it was denatured, probably by moisture effect on the aging package. Not ok to drink.  Throw it out.

Yes: Not only can you mix these but there are many "superfood" powders that have both of these, often combined with other nutrients like chlorella, barley grass, oat grass, fruit and vegetable extracts and herbs.
My personal favorite superfood powders are ORAC Energy Greens from Paradise Herbs and Vitamineral Green from Health Force Nutritionals.

Either: I believe either is acceptable in medicine.  Water is the typical diluent but flavored solutions are also used in pharmacies.

Yes: Yes it is ok.  Will not adversely affect the absorption or properties of the protein ingested.

Maybe OK...: The antibiotic was azithromycin. I don't quite understand the timing of when you were diagnosed and treated. It is recommended to wait a week before having sex. If your partner has also been treated, then sex together probably won't hurt anything after 2-3 days, but still best to use condoms. All partner(s) in last 1-2 months should be treated, even if they test negative themselves.

i'm confused how to use my recently bought protein powder. how much should i mix with milk & when should i take it, before or after gym ? + tips :)

Protein Powder: Usually there are direction on the packages for the amount of fluid. I have seen 8-10oz. Many will use for Post work out recovery, but it depends on your personal goals.
