No: Do not worry, what you are is not going to make you sick.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Probably not: Flour eating is benign but an odd way to get nutrition.  However it is sometimes associate with low iron levels.  You might get some iron supplements at your pharmacy and see if that lowers your desire for flour eating.

Honey diet: No.  Eating a spoonful of honey before bedtime, or any other time of day, will not help you lose weight.  The way to lose weight is by using up more calories than you take in.  Eat less and move more.  Admittedly easier said than done, but that is what it takes.

While i cannot speak about uk laws, manufacture ; sales of dietary supplements in states is unregulated quality is of concern. Always a good idea to discuss your nutrition (including natural, organic herbal dietary supplements) and medications (otc ; prescription) w/your family doc.

: Your feelings are understandably worrisome. There is always a chance you might get sick by eating visibly spoiled food. However, the likely small amount you ate along with the type of food (yoghurt) makes it less likely that you will get significantly sick.

May not be  a proble: This  may not be a problem. Often the expiration dates  are set  but there is  a safety zone outside them which you are  probably safe. You can discuss this wiht your obstetrician.
