punched mirror 3 days ago got minor cuts all are healing but my pinky knuckle still hurts when touched no pain when moving. can splinters be in there?

See your doctor: After an injury like that it would be best to see your doctor.  It could hurt from the trauma and cuts themselves, or there could be foreign body in there like glass.  The other possibility is a fracture of the metacarpal bone in the hand.  X-rays can be done to look for retained glass fragments and rule out a fracture

are there any reasons for splinter hemorrhages other than the heart? i have tiny ones in the middle thumbnail. no trauma, no pain with them. they just show up. thank you?

: The main cause of splinter hemorrhages is trauma (often minor and not noticed) to the nail. That it is happening with only one finger is strong evidence against the heart of any other internal organ or illness being the cause.

walking 2 weeks ago & felt pinch on outside of right foot. thin, 1" dark line has been there ever since, slightly below & outside my pinky toe. no pain but tingling/numbness in pinky toe area. not a bite or splinter. thoughts?

: A pinch, followed by a thin dark line on the foot could be any number of things including a sting, scratch or cut. The important thing is that it be evaluated in person by someone who can assess and treat the foot for swelling, ulceration, unusual coloration and other tell tale signs of infection/toxins. If the numbness persists, it may be prudent to do some blood tests.

i have just recovered from bronchitis and sinusitis, however ive developed pain in the bottom of my right rib. coughing, touching or if a move a certain way causes extreme pain. (general standing and sitting i am in no pain.)?

Rib pain: You most likely were having coughing spells while sick and have now strained your intercostal muscles.
They will get better in the next few days.  You could take aspirin or such for a few days.  If it continues longer or gets worse then you should be seen either by your physician or the emergency department depending on how bad the symptoms are.
