Vital capacity: The formula for vital capacity calculation is the following: 

vc_{female} = (21.78 - 0.101 a )x h where vc stands for vital capacity, a for age in years, h for height in centimeters. Hopefully, that helps.

Spirometry: If your Fvc and fev1 are within normal limits then most likely your test is normal. In general, level is considered abnormal if it's at least below 75 percent. Ratio of Fvc to fev1 is slightly increased but in the setting of others being normal there is no reason to worry.

Possible: A reduced DLCO/Va points to damage or scarring in the lung tissue and emphysema (especially if you have been a smoker) or other interstitial lung diseases may be the cause. The normal lung function however is not compatible with COPD but then I don't understand what you meant by hyperinflation in the presence of normal lung function test.  See a pulmonologist.

Incomplete info: It is hard to make a diagnosis with only one information. The lung function is an interaction of several values and changes with medicine.  Furthermore, the cause is not elucidated and treatment difficult to determine. Obesity alone can cause restrictive lung disease. We need more information, ask your doctor who has the infos.

Yes, : Yes, exercise intolerance can be a symptom of air trapping.  Some of these changes can be reversible if you can stop smoking, and with inhalers which you are probably already on.  If you have increased shortness of breath please be medically evaluated.  Also be sure you discuss treatment options with your pulmonologist.

: Since you have these symptoms it is best you consult a ENT specialist or a Pulmonologist. Your lack of oxygen from these conditions will affect your spirometer readings.

Sure: Anything that affects one's breathing can also affect the spirometry test results. A person with underlying asthma symptoms, who catches a cold, will likely display worse spirometry readings due to increased asthma symptoms.

Makes no sense: This sounds like a computer generated report that might have been mis-interpreted by you.  Regardless, minor changes in pfts cannot be interpreted out of context, just like strange noises your car makes cannot be diagnosed without looking at the car.
