: Myelopathy means abnormality of the spinal cord.  Both cervical stenosis and spondylosis can injure the spinal cord if they progress without intervention.  If these latter two are present at the time of a neck injury, this increases the likelihood of spinal cord injury.

Any symptoms?: Why were these studies done? All laboratory results and imaging data need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would be prudent to consult a neurologist.

Stenosis: Myelopathy is a disease or disturbance of spinal chord. Common for compression to cause the problem, but on imaging you see the compression.  Common causes would be disc, burst fracture, arthritic spur. Medical problems such as diabetes, radiation or cancer can cause myelopathy.

: Leave the terminology to his doctors.  Bottom line is initial damage to the most outer portion of spinal cord, explaining the leg symptoms.  This is secondarily due to the effect of the broken neck impinging or compressing the spinal cord.
