: It is- tubes are opacified' not pacified- i.e. seen by the contrast injected. The rest is a description of them. Right is normal. Left has some fluid in it. The interpretation of this should be co-related with the reason it was ordered. Pl ask your doc who ordered it

Of course , you don't want too much of a good thing ....so you need to consult with your doctor before any medical test is performed to understand the risks/benefits/options of any procedure.

Yes and no.: A standard MRI with contrast usually implies an intravenous injection of gadolinium.  An MRI arthrogram means that the contrast is injected directly into the joint space, usually with fluoroscopic guidance of the needle.
