: It is- tubes are opacified' not pacified- i.e. seen by the contrast injected. The rest is a description of them. Right is normal. Left has some fluid in it. The interpretation of this should be co-related with the reason it was ordered. Pl ask your doc who ordered it

Not normal: A normal hsg shows free spillage of contrast from both tubes into the peritoneal cavity.  No spill means the tubes are blocked somehow.  If the tubes are blocked, the egg cannot travel down the tube to be fertilized by sperm and become an embryo (and the woman becoming pregnant).

: The words "minimal free spillage" and "beading" mean the structures are abnormal in appearance and may not function normally. Please discuss the findings with the doc who ordered the study and can put the assessment in terms of your personal history.

Tubal damage: It means there is some damage to both tubes. But both tubes may still work well, they may work poorly or may not work at all. Surgery may tell you more information but not likely to help that much. You must take the tubes together with everything else (i.e. Better if sperm and eggs and uterus all look good).

Possible: The hsg suggests there is scar tissue that may be an issue. That being said, since your fallopian tube is open, it may be able to pick up the tube and result in a pregnancy. If you cannot conceive, ivf would be the best option.
