my dad said he has feeling of spider web on his leg. he can't get off. he is a smoker. what could this be? a nerve problem?

Circulation or nerve: Could be a problem with blood circulation in the leg or a problem with conduction in 1 or more of the peripheral nerves in the leg. He needs to be evaluated by his family physician or a neurologist.

i'm young and seeing deep dark spider vains in my legs often painful,  is there any way to stop this or make them disappear? or is it hereditary?

Sclerotherapy: Sclerotherapy (injection of veins with salt and water) will make your veins disappear and help for the pain. Laser therapy might help as well but is more expensive. Support hose/stocking will help for the pain as well. 
Usually spider veins/varicose veins are hereditary.  For prevention, i would recommend:
-keeping your weight down.
-avoid weight lifting with legs, sun burns/prolonged hot baths.

See a doctor : If it is a spider bite it is going to turn red and later black for now avoid itching or squeezing and apply oral antibiotic it might be a good idea to see a doctor

Unsure: A red line on your leg can be due to a number of things, not just a spider bite.  Spider bites generally will cause a solitary papule or pustule, with local redness and sometimes a puncture marking or two.  Itching and burning are common complaints.  Tenderness is common as well.  When in doubt, check it out.

Possibly vascular: Small dilated blood vessels can look like spiders and are actually called spider angiomas. If there are many spider angiomas, a person would need to be evaluated, as there are several health conditions that can cause it. For a more definitive diagnosis, please see your dermatologist. Spider angiomas can be treated with a vascular laser.

Pain: Pain with spider bites is common. If there is any tissue destruction or abdominal pain or any unusual symptoms be seen. Do you know what kind of spider it was. All the best.

Possible: With the picture limitations it does suggest an insect bite-typically with a dark center and redness that spreads around. Depending on the type of insect bite, brown recluse spiders are, for example, notorious to cause massive tissue damage, while most of the others are self limited with local care. Given the fact that you have fever also would suggest seeing your PCP or go to Urgent Care.

i believe a spider bit my leg. it immediately swelled and god hard under the bite but has since loosened. now it is turning purple with a white tip.

Are you sure?: Did you see  and feel the spider attack? Did you take it where it could be identified? There are brown recluse spiders in TX but bites are rare. A dermatologist will help you.

i got bit by what i'm assuming is a spider. in 3 different areas on my leg, they started out pinkish & now it's day 3 and their a little reddish purple and hardening. what should i do? i took pics as well.

See your doctor: You should see your physician to make sure you don't have a bacterial skin infection such as mrsa.

does a spider bite look like a regular pimple on my leg?

It can.: But it doesn't have to.  When patients come in with "spider bites", basically pimples that keep getting larger, they tend to be staph infections/abscesses.  Bottom line: don't try to pop or pick it.  If it's getting bigger or really painful, see a doctor b/c it could be the beginning of an abscess.
