Possibly vascular: Small dilated blood vessels can look like spiders and are actually called spider angiomas. If there are many spider angiomas, a person would need to be evaluated, as there are several health conditions that can cause it. For a more definitive diagnosis, please see your dermatologist. Spider angiomas can be treated with a vascular laser.
