Possible: With the picture limitations it does suggest an insect bite-typically with a dark center and redness that spreads around. Depending on the type of insect bite, brown recluse spiders are, for example, notorious to cause massive tissue damage, while most of the others are self limited with local care. Given the fact that you have fever also would suggest seeing your PCP or go to Urgent Care.
