recurring canker sores on inside of lips and tongue. tongue feels raw and my mucous and saliva feels acidic. the inside of my mouth visibly looks good. any ideas what this could be? hiv negative and recent cbc bloodwork came back normal.

Check for reflux: If your dental health is otherwise good, I would consider acid reflux as a potential cause.  However one need to rule a candida infection as well and this would require an immune evaluation in the absence of diabetes. Talk to your doctor.

advair for over 2 weeks: in the last ~three days, i have developed a sore throat and sores on the inside of my lips. can a delayed allergic rxn occur?

Yeast infection: Having a yeast infection in the mouth and throat from inhaled steroid is not that uncommon especially for those who fail to gargle after each use.  A topical Rx antifungal agent can usually eradicate this problem but it will come back if you don't gargle after. For a few people, even gargling would not prevent the yeast infection.  
Sometimes using an Aerochamber with Advair HFA (salmeterol and fluticasone) may help.

Depends: What they are , if it is oral herpes, you can take Valtrex (valacyclovir) or the generic for it call your gyn.

Medications: You may need some type of medication to alleviate the soreness , keep your mouth clean, you may use warm water with salt or hydrogen peroxide mixed with water, best to see your dentist.

Oral sores : I am not sure how long it has been there which would be helpful  It can be several things. Possible herpes simplex oral lesion or aphthous ulcerations. It should be evaluated by a doctor in person who can ask you about the details and do an examination

Mgt: These lesions may be related to local irritation or to infection ( eg cold sores). Avoid acidic foods and use an antiseptic mouthwash. if it does not clear up in a few days, please see your provider.

Swllen lip: Not sure what causes the swelling to be severe as i gather from your question, and the split, i would highly recommend seek the help of a dentist asap. Canker sore cuses some swelling not severe, .

No sure answer: There is no sure answer to this question. Stress has been associated with canker sores.  Some have suspected that this may be from strep mutans- an organism found normally in the mouth and considered responsible for dental caries.  Have you had your teeth cleaned at least twice yearly, flossed daily,  and brushed thoroughly at least 2x daily?  Good dental hygiene may help.

Lips : Dry cracked, sore lips  may be treated by a dermatologist with moisturizers and corticosteroid cream for a short time. It is important to make sure the rash is not caused by an allergy to sunscreen or lip balm or to a herpes virus which would cause painful blisters.

Depends: It may as simple as dryness.  If at angles of mouth then angular cheilitis from yeast.  You are young so lip cancer unlikely.  If they are in about the same location each time, start as blisters, and last about 7-10 days then probably lip herpes caused by herpes virus living inside the nerve to that area.
