i have irregular sized bumps (5 or 6) on the back of my tongue, that are pinkish & 1 is as long as about an inch, 1 is very small. i also have a sore throat & allergies. should i be concerned(cancer)?

Not too concerned: I expect they are just your lingual tonsils or circumvallate papillae (taste buds).  This can occur for many reasons, including allergies.  If they remain enlarged particularly if you are a smoker or chew tobacco or drink excessively you should have a medical provider examine you.

broke out in a itchy rash 3 times in 4 weeks. itchy skin all over when it happens. along with nerve pain. muscle ache and sore throat. allergies?

Itchy rash: While itchy rashes can be from allergies, muscle aches, sore throat and pain are not commonly seen with allergies.  Since diagnosing rashes is challenging without a picture, if a person takes a photo to show their doctor, it can help with the diagnosis.

Allergies: See an allergist and control your allergies with antihistamines, intranasal steroids, pinpoint your allergies with tests and use sublingual immunotherapy and or allergy shots. Do not assume sore throat is from allergies. See your md. Good luck.

Sore thriat: Can be associated with allergies or infection most commonly. Your doctor can help sort it out.

Yes. : Yes. Either from the allergy itself-you may feel a scratchy type feeling, or if you have some post nasal drip which can give your throat a 'sore' feeling.

Most likely: Especially given your history of having allergies, it is very common to see white streaks in the back of the throat and sometimes around the tonsils. This is basically mucus that is draining down from your nose into your throat, which we refer to as postnasal drip and appears the way you describe. This is most often due to allergies. 
If fever, pain do occur, have your doctor look at your throat.

Get evaluated: Recurring flulike symptoms may indicate impaired immunity due to a great number of causes. Have a chat with your doctor to establish if you actually have poor immunity and what could be causing it in your case then discuss possible intervention strategy

Empiric antibiotics Also ENT CONSULT The firm external sensation may be a secondary enlarged lymph node. Gerd can also cause similar SX and can respond to ZANTAC OR NEXIUM (esomeprazole).
