Due : Due to the multiple failed treatment attempts and severity of your symptoms, a consult with an ent(ear, nose, and throat) doctor may be necessary. Please visit your primary care provider first who can refer you after they do additional work up as deemed necessary. In the meantime Ibuprofen and an anti-histamine may help.

Yes, removing: the foreign body is the most important thing, and apply warm compresses.  If this does not work, you might need to be on antibiotics or might require surgical drainage, so you need to see a doctor.

See MD: Any non healing sore needs to be looked at particularly by a dermatologist, especially if it is on the outer ear.  See ENT if the sore is in the ear canal.

See below: Many other viruses can give the same symptoms of flu.  Alot depends on what your doc found on physical exam and what is prevalent in your community.  If not improving in next 24-48 hours it would probably warrant a re-check.

Radiating pain: An abcessed wisdom tooth can cause pain that radiates to your ear.  I hope you have sen a dentist  and are getting treated for this.  If you have not yet seen a dentist see one soon.  You need to treat this infection.

i have a sore ear that feels blocked & have difficulty hearing out it sometimes. i wear noise cancelling earplugs & there is less earwax on the sore ear 1 than the other and it is lighter and harder. its getting worse, i want to know how to fix it?

: You should go see an ear, nose and throat doctor. They can examine the inside of your ears, safely remove ear wax and diagnose what the problem is. Ear wax can sometimes get very hard and get “stuck”; called an impaction. It is important to get that removed by a professional so see an ENT doctor ASAP! Good luck to you!

Tension: Could be muscle tension from the bag transmitted to that area, however given the location. Near the temple you need to see your doctor to rule out a potentially dangerous condition called temporal arteries which can affect your vision.  If left untreated can cause blindness on the side which is irreversible.
