Low Potassium?: These are consistant with low potassium though it could be something else. If you take medication for high blood pressure, that would be correct. You need to talk to you md about this either way. You may need a medication change or a potassium supplement. Bananas and red meat are high in potassium and might help you.

Blood clot?: See your doctor.  You may have developed a blood clot.  Don't put this off.

Go to ER...: You need to go to an emergency room and find out if you have a blood clot in your arm or if you are having a more systemic problem-like a blood disorder leading to blood clots. You may need to be on blood thinning medication to prevent more blood clots that can lead to strokes, heart attacks, lung clots, etc. So, go to the nearest emergency room now for further evaluation and treatment. ER is not necessary: This sounds like radiculopathy vs. a peripheral neuropathy. Seeing a Neurologist or PMR MD can distinguish using a EMG test. Treatment would include a possible neuropathic pain medication and/or therapy as well as evaluation via MRI for any changes in your spine. While a clot is a remote consideration, this can be evaluated by your primary care MD via Duplex US or the specialists noted.

Tarsal tunnel issue: Tarsal tunnel syndrome (with numbness and tingling in the foot and ankle area) can be caused by hyperpronation ("flattening of the foot arch") due to tight calf muscle.

You need to see: A dr immediately, if none available you need to go to the emergency room. A clot in your calf needs to be ruled out, please do not delay, you are a perfect age for a clot.....This is possibly a medical emergency.

Consider CRPS: Such pain may be caused by a disorder called complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).  CRPS may start with a relatively trivial injury, but the pain persists far longer than usual.  It may be associated with swelling and/or color changes of the limb.  Unusual sweating or changes in the nails may occur.  CRPS is usually diagnosed and treated by pain specialists, especially pain anesthesiologists.

You may have more: Than one problem. The differential diagnosis includes: plantar fascitiis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis, radiculopathy of lower back. 
I would recommed you see a doctor for follow up with an in person exam.
