have weepy painful blisters inside nose. tried neosporin and cold sore treatments. no help. am immunosuppressed. had these blisters before, finally went away after weeks. worry it could get worse.

Please see Dr. ASAP: Weepy painful blisters are infection until proven otherwise, possibly a herpes infection. In an immunosuppressed individual herpes infections can be very serious. Over the counter cold sore treatments do not usually work for herpes infections anyways.

Vestibulitis: It depends where your nose is sore, but if it is around the nostrils, you can get a low grade infection in the nostril entrance which causes redness, pain, splitting of the nasal skin, crusting  and it can be stubborn. It often requires a topical antibiotic and sometimes oral antibiotic.  The hydrogen peroxide may be too irritating and drying.  Should see a doctor.

Aches: Sounds like a cold. Fluids, Aspirin or tylenol (acetaminophen) for the aches, plenty of rest.

See a doctor: When you start to have a fever, it's is time to see a doctor to see if you get bacterial rhino pharyngitis. Diagnosed and treated early might prevent it from getting worse, getting sinus or lung infection.

Doctor can examine: New throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep). Throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can temporarily decrease pain.

Symptomatic Treatmen: From what you describe it may be viral upper respiratory infection. 
Symptomatic treatment with humidifier and steam inhalation. Over the counter medications for cold have medications that may not be safe for baby while breast feeding (too many varieties with many commercially available meds to specify which ones are not good).

i am having sore throat and running nose, so i went to pharmacist and he gave ciprofloxacin hydrochloride 500mg, is it the right treatment?

No: Sounds like you have a viral illness, and this will not be treated with a broad spectrum antibiotic.  This is why pharmacists should not be dispensing meds without a doctor's orders.  Would treat your symptoms with otc meds, gargle with saline, take acetaminophen.  You will be better in a week with Ciprofloxacin and in 7 days without it.

whenever i eat products with gluten i get a really sore throat and really blocked nose. i end up feeling a bit like i have a hangover. and look really pale. is this just gluten sensitivity? any treatment other than avoidance?

Avoid gluten: Testing is available to confirm the diagnosis. In the meantime, avoid all products containing gluten

Otolaryngology visit: I would Imagine that you have allergies. Possibly a prescription for allergies will be helpful. I would advise a visit to a PCP.

Accepted Answer

Saline: Try saline irrigation first. If this doesn't help, a topical antibiotic may be tried.  See doctor if not improved.
