Esophageal burn: Probably esophageal burning. When you breath you change the position of the diaphragm in relation to the esophagus and stomach, allowing the spicy or hot temperature food to enter the stomach. The back pain sounds like referred pain.

: If you've had a normal abdominal examination and testing to exclude a hiatus hernia,GERD,gastritis, peptic ulcer,pancreatic inflammation and have no pulmonary abnormalities, the discomfort may be caused by chronic stress&amp; tension. In this case,I think stress management therapy would be very helpful for you. Discuss this with your MD.

Awful: You have so much going on here, I have no idea where to start. You need a complete evaluation pronto.  Please see your primary care doctor or go to the Emergency room.

Evaluation: Please see a Pulmonologist for an evaluation. Ruling out COPD and COPD asthma is advised. Pulmonary function testing and imaging may be ordered during the visit. 
If you have allergies, please avoid common allergic triggers such as dust, mold, pollen and animal dander. Please try to stop smoking and your local lung association may be able to assist.

: What you described suggests gastro-esophageal reflux/heart burn. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. You may try antacids available over the counter. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.

i felt my body overheating before my period. my breath was hot and i felt like i was burning up. but when i check my temperature it was normal. after my period i was back to normal. can that happen before a period? its my first time experiencing it?

: So called "hot flashes" are common just prior to onset of a period, and are caused by rapid drops in estrogen. On the described occasion, you may have had two eggs ovulate, which created a much higher pre-menstrual level of estrogen, and the drop in estrogen may have been high enough to cause a "hot flash", which happens frequently for some (not yourself !) women at menopause.

i saw the doctor and he gave me these medications.  i am going back tomorrow with a stool sample.  i don't know why he did not do a breath test for h pylori.  why do i have burning in the chest, left armpit and burning pain down the left arm?

These: Medications are not helping in your question. H Pylori can be checked in the stool as well. However. the type of symptoms you describe would be highly atypical for gastritis with pain going down the left arm having to be further investigated. Details  matter and I hope a source for your symptoms will be found and treated soon.

i broke out in hives,  i have chills and a bad dry cough..when i lay down i feel i can't breath.  the hives felt like burning and a solid rash?

See doctor: Although your problem may be from a viral infection, I am concerned over the burning and the breathing problem. See your doctor now or go to the ER if he is not available.
