Sometimes: Septation is a broadly defined term: anything seen inside the cyst that is thin and divides the cyst.  Irregular, thick septations or ones that have nodules would be more worrisome.  Age matters.  Not so worrisome in younger patients.  Most septations are just cyst walls representing multiple adjacent benign simple cysts or a dilated tube.

Uncommon: It is unusual to be able to feel an ovarian cyst abdominally unless you are very thin and it is very large.I would advise you to see your doctor to find out what you are feeling

Nothing needed: 14 mm is typical size for a cystic follicle--a completely normal finding that doesn't even really qualify as a "cyst".  While there are other types of small cysts (endometriomas or dermoid cysts), the ultrasound that showed the cyst should give info as to how likely this is anything other than "physiologic"--ie, normal cycling ovary.

Large blister: Most ovarian cysts are benign and physiologic (meaning part of natural processes and not 'disease' related).  A 5.3 cm cyst would be just over 2 inches in greatest size.  A common appearance for an ovarian cyst is a thin wall filled with fluid (somewhat simlar to a blister on a toe or heel).  Some ovarian cysts can be related to neoplasia / tumor / malignancy.  These often have solid coponents.

Ask your GYN.: Most of time ovarian cysts are small and require no treatment. Large cysts may rupture and produce intraabdominally irritation with peritoneal signs . Cysts that are worrisome are , large, or growing over time or septated, that dont change with menstrual cycle, especially in postmenopausal patients. Polycystic ovaries may be associated to difficulty achieving pregnancy and abnormal hormones.
