More info needed: You don't give your age or other history.  
This could range from just a collection of stool to an enlarged liver or gallbladder or something else.  Best to eat plenty of vegs and fruits and drink plenty of liquid, or take a fiber laxative and see if it moves on.  If not, you should be seen by a clinician to feel and possibly order other tests. Possibly lipoma: Could be a lipoma which is a totally benign fatty tumor in the layer under the skin. Other possibilities include hernia especially if you have an incision in the area. Recommend you see your doctor for a simple physical exam to help determine what it is.

i have a lump on my left side of stomach for 3 years have an ultrousoud done they said it not fatty tissue. what can it be?

Something else: Tough to say.  Cysts, lesions not otherwise specified, etc. are possible.  The only definitive diagnosis will come form a biopsy.  An excisional biopsy may not only be diagnostic but therapeutic (it will get rid of it too).
