No healthy benefit: A little bit of soda here and there probably won't do you much harm, but the problem with most of us here in america is that we over-do it too often. Supersizes! does anyone really need a 32-oz gulper? But, i see people bring this to the doctor's office--seen 2 today! just look at how many cubes of sugar in a 32 oz cup--u now know why it is unhealthy. Live sensibly. Live long. Good luck.

No shortcut: Body burns off about 20 gm of alcohol per hour and there is no safe way to make it go faster.
Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Sugar and CO2: Sugar causes decayn elevated blood glucose an the whole chain of metabolic dysregulation.  Then there's the change in body ph associated with carbonated beverages .  Water is much healthier.

Extra calories.: In our diets we have those unnecessary calories that just add extra weight to our bodies for no good reason.  Soda is a perfect example of this.  500 calories of soda every day would add one pound of body weight to you every week - over 50 pounds in a year of extra weight - just from soda.  Unnecessary.  Drink water.

Safe but not healthy: Soda has way too many calories and for unknown reasons diet sodas also contribute to weight associated problems.

Getting involved.: Getting involved in healthy interactions with family, friends and co-workers.You can join church functions, volunteer in a community activity and cultivate relationships with people you meet daily.

Everyone: Everyone should practice social distancing when out in public. At home, family members or roommates do not need to self isolate unless they have been exposed to a person with the covid virus, or have any symptoms

Often SSRI's: Social anxiety is often treated with SSRI's such as Paxil, (paroxetine) Zoloft, Lexapro, etc.  However, identifying,the specific SSRI that will help you may take some time.  Get evaluated by a psychiatrist who can work with you on finding the best medication.  Also, therapy can be quite helpful so consider that as well as meds.  Often a combination of both works best.

No: Children and even adults don't know the implications of posting information on the internet.  Information posted on social networks might leave the child vulnerable to predators or problems later on in life.  Parents need to closely monitor their children's internet use.
